Manual stretch wrap

For more than 15 years we have been manufacturing manual stretch film or industrial film with the best quality resins. Our rolls measure from 3 to 60 inches wide with a thickness between 50 and 120 gauges. Depending on the needs of each industry and customer we can adjust the length per roll between 500 and 9,000 feet.

We can offer different thicknesses of cardboard.

Thanks to our digital customer service systems and just-in-time production from our factories, we can supply minimum orders of 1⁄2 pallet (160 rolls) and up to 2,000 pallets per month. For orders over 4 tons we can supply biodegradable beachwear, with UV, VCI or any color protection.

What is the Stretch Film (industrial beach)?

The emplay film, known in central Mexico as playo, serves to secure, package, and stabilize industrial products. Manual stretch film is a low-density linear polyethylene coextrusion enriched with specialized additives that improve its mechanical properties in order to achieve optimum performance.

Types of Manual Stretch Film

Tie-down (width less than 5 inches)
Rolls 3 to 5 inches wide. It serves as a cheaper, more ecological and efficient alternative to adhesive tapes and straps.
Conventional manual
The most common beach in Mexico and Latin America. This type of plaster is applied by hand stretching in the turns to ensure a good assurance of the industrial load. When the load is not very heavy and is perfectly symmetrical, a thin film such as 50 gauge can be used. On the other hand, when the load is heavy or the packages have irregular corners, the use of a thick film such as gauge is recommended. 120.

Quality tests

Uniform thickness

We use infrared measurement technology and automated controls to ensure that every meter of our film is of a uniform gauge. Thanks to the uniformity, our playo withstands more effort than the equivalent gauge playo of the competitors.

Glue

We make sure that each roll adheres properly by measuring the load resistance between one layer and another of our film. If your application is particularly demanding we will add extra glue to ensure the best performance.

Punctured

The additives we add to our film as well as our patent-pending manufacturing processes ensure that our plastic for emplay has the highest puncture resistance on the market.

Coiled

Artificial intelligence and machine vision technology ensure that our rolls are perfectly wound and the coils are not collapsed even in rolls with extra thin cardboard.
